Abstract

Background. The functioning of a complex system depends on many factors together caused by the specifics of the operation Wednesday, the complexity of the Organization of the system itself, the nature of the work involved in the violations. The task of early detection and removal of negative external factors is one of the most complex problems to ensure the quality of the system's functioning. Effect on the system indicator revolting influences can serve as methods of statistical process control.
The essence of such controls is that, according to the statistical data obtained in accordance with the plan, the decision on the adjustment of process violation on statistical criteria is detected before the issue occurred defective products. The effectiveness of statistical control is largely determined by the correct selection of the parameters of the plan control (the amount and frequency of samples provisions controlling borders). Therefore, the aim of the study is to develop a methodology for determining the parameters of statistical control plan.
Materials and methods. As performance indicators dealt with probabilistic and cost criteria. The idea of integrating values during optimization plans the Statistical Office is due to the fact that there are such values control borders, samples and periodicity of their selection, which minimize losses associated with the violation of process operation, the cost of its Diagnostics and adjustment. In accordance with the probabilistic criterion for selecting the parameters of the plan should minimise the risk of wrong decisions during inspection.
Results. Application of the optimal plan, built on the proposed methodology will quickly identify and eliminate violations of process functioning at low cost monitoring.
